Well...
As an editor (my stuff on here is practice for the real deal later down the line) I actually really like all of the JoJo openings (I've yet to see part 5 or even finish part 4 though) but Diamond is Unbreakable's third opening is pretty amazing, the song Great Days is probably my favorite JoJo theme song out of all of them and the editing done here really drives home that final stretch that these characters have to go through in the final part of this season. It's like a final hurrah for a majority of these characters.

Cowboy Bebop has a pretty amazing opening song and really well done visuals, while it's not my favorite anime opening (aside from the theme music, which introduced me to bebop jazz) but the fast paced nature and the minimalistic animation really drives home what type of series this is. It's fast paced, sometimes goofy, but still a neo-noire story at its heart.

Sailor Stars has a pretty great opening too. As much as I like Moonlight Densetsu, this song is a lot better. I also like how they place the credits in the normal version (which is why character showcases are at the side of the screen in the version I'll link) and I really feel like it creates the same overall feel that the season itself has. It only took them 23 years to officially release this season in the west, so soon we'll have better versions of the opening up on youtube. Much like Diamond is Unbreakable's third op this also feels like a final hurrah.

Also, Give a Reason from Slayers Next was on fire! A great classic, and the sequence captures the balance of action and silliness that made the show great.
In fact, Give a Reason was SO good, in the climactic final battle of the whole series, they used that opening as the background instead of the original op
