Alright, real talk, regardless of what kind of game it ends up being, be sure to make it fun to play. A lot of 18+ games focus too much on the TnA and forget to actually make the game itself enjoyable.
I remember this one game - though not the name of it - where you actually had to be decent at the game and outplay your opponent. The 'assets' were just sort of a side thing. It got to the point where I wasn't even playing for that, but rather just because I genuinely enjoyed the game.
And for god's sake, if it's going to have 'scenes' of one kind or another, don't make me have to grind like I'm trying to get a fuckin Destiny exotic to unlock them. I hate games that do that... A little bit is fine but if it's too much I'll just look them up on sites like this.

well first it cant be pay to win, that stuffs annoying. second I think there should be a cast creator or selector, where you can pick any character from anything (I know it would be impossible, but if were talking about the perfect porn game then...) third, a steady supply of sex

Kyrieru makes games that I'd say are legitimately fun and have some of the best pixel animation I've seen. They're challenging but have fluid controls so when you mess up to a hard enemy, you know it was your fault instead of something wrong with the game. His released games include Kurovadis, Eroico, and Aster, and I'd really recommend all of them. Eroico is on Steam so you don't have to go to a shady site to buy it, and it has a free demo on Steam that lets you play up to the second level (total of 4 enemies including a boss).
Edit: He's also currently working on an ongoing free game called Lufuclad. It's in the early stages now with only two enemies available, but he's trying to release an update every week (and has stated that he will release an update with new h-animations at least every 2 weeks).

The perfect game would be able to appeal to everyone's kinks, while at the same time making sure no one sees a kink they don't like. Ultimately this would end up having alot of settings and edits of the same scenes to allow for this.
