Does anyone know of some porn games with mechanics for characters (player or otherwise) getting pregnant?

I know that Corruption of Champions allowed you to get knocked up by pretty much everything, and Parasite in City would let you get impregnated by the flies. Does anyone know of some more?

Bonus points for good graphics, bonus points for birth scenes, and super bonus points if the gameplay itself is good.


Edit: Also games that have game-over scenes of your character pregnant (like some instances in Kurovadis) also count, but I'm mainly looking for games whose pregnancy happens in the actual gameplay.

There's one where you rape Korra and if you finish inside she gets pregnant at the end. It was super boring though.
