Ever feel sad?
I want to start off by saying that I am not talking about depression in the slightest. What I am asking you guys is this; do you ever feel sad, so you go to youtube to find videos that make you cry?
When I feel sad I go to YouTube to watch videos that would cheer me up honestly. So yes I do feel sad sometimes, but I don't seek to make it worse.
Sometimes I just feel like I need to geta good cry out, you know?
I get it! I just say how I roll with it. Everyone has their kwn way of dealing with sadeness ^^ I am not saying which one is better or worse.
Feeling sad is a completely natural emotion. We all deal with it at somepoint, the trick is to handle it in a healthy fashion.

It's healthy to feel sad. It's healthier to make sure you let it out.
When I'm feeling sad which is all the time, I just listen to music. And the kind that get real with you which makes me even sadder. Not joking on this one, I always tend to do that.

First of all i got no Girlfriend or boyfriend because they just backstab me or cheat on me and treat me like garbage because im born with Assbugers and Austim because my dad treat me like garbage and a dog for years... Got no friends and BFF because im not human i been depressed for years in real life since my stepsister kill herself because she crazy crazy people kill themselves because my stepdad told me the truth about life ... Crazy people go hell anyway i feel myself alone and upset and stress when i have no friends.... When I feel sad I give myself some time. Using those feelings and direct them towards something positive is usually the best way to go. Some days I use my sadness and anger to focus on my exercise, sometimes I feel that kind of sadness you get from watching a good movie or show, and so, I get to write. Sometimes I just need to distract myself and go play Doom. People need breaks from time to time, and that's ok.
For me I so rarely feel sad that I worry I won't cry if someone I care about passes away, this is due to childhood shit, but I won't get into that. That said, my ex is teaching me to let my emotions out more and I'm a huge softie for cats, they are some of the few things which can make me cry. Ironically the same guy who listens to gangster rap, cries from watching cute videos of kittens. Lmao
