Above mentioned Ghost Stories (Dub) and Konosuba are a few series that were genuinely funny in my opinion.

Sakamoto Desu Ga? is in my opinion probably only "one joke anime", that can keep the joke funny for the whole runtime of the show. OPM is also good, but I prefer the manga more.

Devils Line made me laugh at how bad it is. Picture Tokyo Ghoul mixed with Twilight and some random bad erotic novel. If you're a fan of "So bad that it's good" stuff give this one a shot.

I guess there are few more, but those were only ones that popped in my mind right now.

Angel beats. The ending and the few episodes leading up to it had me crying like a bitch, but everything before that had me laughing my ass off.
