Late game encounter:

Every creature the party has killed is resurrected and crawls from the earth as undead. They are temporarily allowed a chance to be returned to life, but they have to cum inside the being that slew them.

If the party has been a group of murderhobos, then they get swarmed hard and massively gangraped. If they have been a just and merciful party, it's a simple encounter.

Tests the morality of the party in an interesting dynamic.

You know, I did something like that once...The Party was called forth to "Save a Kingdom" and all that stuff, by a Magical Anthro Birb Goddess, in all honesty, it was just a ploy to get strong men and woman to help them with a...curse.
You see, all the Men due to this curse became Infertile to other members of there species. (They were some magical made up species that were one of a kind.) And the final battle was just a giant gang bang where the enemies were trying to rape us, and were fucking each other.
If the DM wasn't as good as they were, it probably would have been shit, due to them having to describe 4 people's sexual adventures.
I did get to Breed that Goddess though...so take that as you will.

I love SCP stuff.

Also 'cuz it's D&D and not whatever this... meme thing, is? I dont get the reference so I'm kinda lost, overall. But mindflayers are legit in D&D.
