More joke answers before my real ones. Easiest way to attract male rp'ers is just to appeal to their interests, and put up detailed but not OVERLY detailed posts. A decent paragraph will do most times.

Personally, I like it when someone trying to RP with me is a human, I find this a very attractive quality.

Only half joking with that one though, what I mean by ''be a human'' is show that there's a person behind that desire to RP your lewd fantasies, it's a lot easier for me to RP with someone after a bit of fun, causal conversation to help me get a bit more comfortable with them.
Obviously sometimes you don't wanna wait to start getting off, which is totally understandable, but trust me when I say that once you befriend me, I'll be more then happy to help with that, and I'll already know what your kinks are too, which will make getting to the fun that much easier.
