So... the tabletop game will have an entire section based around sex and sexual roleplaying. This includes a few chapters in the core rulebook being dedicated to it, a few monsters being dedicated to it, and entire compendiums that are dedicated to sexual roleplaying. I'm only doing this due to the complete lack of this sort of thing outside of "THE COMPLETE GUIDE TO UNLAWFUL CARNAL KNOWLEDGE" and "The Book of Erotic Fantasy". Carnal being created as non-dedicated supplementary material (meaning you could use it with most games) and Erotic Fantasy being D&D 3e supplementary material (so pretty much useless unless you heavily rule over what you can and can't use with no 5e update).

So, I kind of want to create my own where there is partially a focus on having sex and doing sexual roleplaying while still having that same adventuring feel to it.

But, I wanted to ask for suggestions for any fantasy races I could use, monster concepts, and ideas for sexual traits (in the same vein as D&D feats) and skills.

You guys can lock this or delete it if it's not allowed but I thought that this could create some conversation here.

I'd actually be pretty upset if they removed this though, guy just wants to create a passion project of his own and he needs the community's help in doing so!

I'd call this more of a hobby than a passion project. I mean, I'm putting a lot of effort into it but not quite as much as my novel. This is more something to do when I'm burned out on working on that.

So is it meant to be D&D with sex added, or is all the combat replaced with sex?

Exalted 3e(technically 2e too) has sex as a skill via Performance. It even allows you to socially influence someone via boning. You might wanna look at that, and lift some of their mechanics for your own game.

That's honestly up to the GM and players. There's systems for combat and for sexual encounters, but the idea is that there isn't any set time you have to use them, I simply give the tools for sexual roleplaying.

I suggest looking into Lamentations of the Flame Princess and its supplements for ideas. It's not explicitly sexual but has some questionable themes, including a supplement for spells called Vaginas are Magic or something like that
