As someone who's uploaded there for years it's in my opinion hit or miss. I'm not going into detail but long story short they don't run the kind of ship over there that you'll find here.

Imo w/e issue you have with a picture whether you being right or wrong, i'd forget about it if communication fails, good luck. >:D
