Umbra was born and raised in a dense city, in a notoriously bad part. Her family's apartment was small, and she spent the whole day outside. She had to learn how to survive in the city, including how to defend herself. She earned a reputation in underground fighting rings, her large size and soft looking outside made her an often underestimated, hard to defeat opponent. By the age of 22, she had saved up enough money to move out of the city, settling down in a small suburb by herself, and seeking out a safer career. While she has mostly adapted to the friendlier lifestyle, and found her new job, she still often finds herself plunging into abandoned warehouses and towers, going rounds in fight clubs, and renting rooms in the city she grew up in, just to get a taste of home.
