I know that when I finish my studies I won't have time to take care of myself, so I'm going to try hard now so I don't struggle in the future

No gym, but sport associations.
Never helped against not looking like a chubby nerd, but hey - am actually strong with stamina, so thst works.

Gym 3+ times a week, 30-40 mile bike ride each Sunday during warm months, and will play any sport I can get my hands on.
Not training for anything specific, just trying to be strong, healthy, and well shaped, while enjoying activities along the way.
At 6’5”, ~220lbs if I didn’t do anything, it would probably go to heck quickly, ha.
