I am a bit of a gym bunny. Every other day(one day workout one day rest alternating) I do weights, run, a smattering of MMA drills and bodyweight exercises like pushups, planks, pullups and the like, along with weighted hip bridges and squats. I lift ~110 kg/240 lbs. I work out for health, form and function. Besides, muscle's needed for good thigh and rear shape. It's fun, and as a woman I'm proud of my body.
I would like to train seriously for MMA or maybe even boxing just combat sports in general
I go to the gym to take care of myself and be as strong as possible to defend myself if needed, and to be that one guy everyone goes to when they need to lift something that's heavy, or open something that's tight.
I like to play badminton often, and I’m pretty good at it.
I went gym once for running and I will go back again to break a sweat
I mostly just run on my own
But I have had a few memberships when I felt they were necessary

Shoot, I'd say the same in that respect. It makes for one way to be resourceful. Though, I'll say that when it comes to the gym, lifting weights for the back (traps/lower back/rear delts) can be a bit of a drag for me;
Yup, I try and go three times a week. Two days for weights and a day for cardio. I feel better when I see myself in the mirror now, lol
I'm a gym boi. Used to have a membership at a chain but I decided I'd rather just invest in a home gym. It's paid for itself over the last year. I have no excuse to not workout because it's right there in my garage.
Gotta get that bubble butt bigger and the Guys Staring
Just got back from hitting legs and I feel like jelly. Should do more cardio but weights are fun
I live in the gym, up yo 5 or 6 sessions per week. People, whats your favourite exercise and your PR on it?

Benchpress, 215lbs. Could've been higher by now but I got the flu late last year and I haven't been going as regularly as I should ever since.

That's respectable. I've been hitting the gym seriously for the past seven years, so 200+ isn't too bad. Give it time and dedication and you'll be strong boy in no time.
