I hit the gym pretty irregularly. When I'm on my own, I'm not as motivated to gk as hard as I can go, which is why I wait and try to set up days with my workout buds. I'm not very buff, but I have great muscle tone and endurance. (I prefer a more athletic look over a bodybuilder look)

I play In a men's softball league. We hit the fields twice a week for practice and actual league play once a week. Between then I hit the weights but focus mostly on running and cardio if I want to keep my play consistent.

Aside from that I go to force on force and carbine shooting courses where fitness is essential, but that's just once a year in the fall season

I've done a good amount of organized streetfighting, recently started to focus more on trying to fight officially. Doing 3 days jiu jitsu and 2 days muy thai every week. I'll probably start competing in muy thai within a year, but I need a few years more of jiu jitsu before I can comfortably start in MMA

I'm a Track/Cross Country Runner, and I do try to get out 3-4 times a week. Helps when I get to jog with my dog a lot, helps keep him in shape for hunting.

I've gotten back into sport today since college is almost over, good thing heh?

But the thing is that my stamina has took the biggest nerf anyone could ever see, basically for 30 minutes of jogging/walking I almost fainted twice.

I used to do a lot of jogging, but my current job forces me to be on my feet all the time; so I had to give it up. I'd like to maybe try lifting weights instead, but finding the time and motivation is tough.

I'm not overweight, so I always seem to put off doing any physical exercise (even though I probably should do it). I used to be in sports a few years back in high school and that shit was tough, but I really loved doing it and how it felt.

If you do just one dedicated year of Boxing and Wrestling you're golden in amateur and lower level professional MMA.

I have a little wrestling experience. But I'm in Houston, huge amount of competition- seems like there's new gyms popping up on every corner. Maybe I'll do fine, but I'll have to test myself first to make sure, and I wanna rack up a few years of kickboxing first.

I skate a bunch when the weather allows. Otherwise it's calisthenics and bodyweight stuff, sometimes free weights for arms. My cardio is kinda shit.

I'm trying to put the gym back in my schedule and I shoot both guns and bows. But in the defensive/hunting sense, not competition

I don't know about seriously, but I got myself an exorcising bike in my room because I sat too much. Going to the gym felt impractical since I live in a place with harsh whether and money issues.
