Anyone here go to the gym/train in a sport seriously?
Just curious how much more other people who are typically held up by society as 'geeks'/'nerds' defy the stereotype. I, myself, train hardcore at the park(calisthenics)/in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

I hit the gym pretty regularly. Minimum 3x a week and usually try and hit my fail point with 3-4 groups of muscles each visit.

Gym three days a week and run in between...running as in 6+ miles on those off days at least. Also not a “geek” or “nerd” exact opposite if I have to say

I can VERY much confirm that Magis is the opposite of a nerd.

That's nice to hear, aside from League, Resident Evil and some anime I'm not super fucking nerdy either. Not a fan of running though, I'd rather hike or ruck.

All the time, I love body building. Don't jog anymore after fucking my knee up but I trike like 2 hours a night. So fkn relaxing, I love cruising around getting my anxieties out in the midnight air.

Well, technically anyone who's passionate about something might be considered a "nerd" such as; writing, poetry, music, just about anything. So I suppose we're all kind of nerds

I used to and I really enjoyed it but I got really demotivated and in the end the subscriptio wasn't worth it.
But if someone is willing to give tips/program I'm all ears, a workout buddy is always cool!

From zero to hero you can say. And I keep training, I want to keep the title xD
