protocol and volunteers
@sarahlovesyou, had this been MY image, I probably would have tagged it with "translation request", crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Sometimes, eventually, a Japanese translator "fairy" will come along and grant your wish... but, just as often, it'll get overlooked.

We have a pretty common problem, here: lots of Japanese-sourced material, but very few members of the site who can speak (or read) Japanese. If I were you - ESPECIALLY as you're new to the site - I would write a polite message to the Admins about this. Ask if one of them could set up some arrangement, where they find a Japanese-speaker who wouldn't mind decoding all the newest translation requests, maybe once a week... maybe for the price of a beer. This would help loads of us out greatly, if you could get them to agree to that, and you - even as a newbie - would be feted as a hero (heroine?), carried around on the virtual shoulders of your fellow members. OR... you could write to the Admins, just copying and pasting what I just wrote into your message. Still, it would be YOUR initiative that'll've gotten things done! :)

Or (if you only care about that image and you don’t wanna pay Japanese people to translate hentai)... use an image translator. Can be a small pain, maybe not perfect, but easier than... that

but where, oh, where, to find one?...
@YourAvgAnonomous, I would be quite grateful - as would others - if you could point out where to find a free image translator, and possibly how to use it. I'm not super computer-literate, I'll admit. Someone suggested this to me before, but then I was left in the dark as to how to go about it. If you could post a link to one (perhaps that YOU, yourself use) HERE, &/or sent as a personal message to me, I would be very appreciative.

By googling “image translator for japanese” you can find yourself a few browser-based ones. The trick is to take screenshots of the text you want to translate exclude the rest of the image), and make them easier for the program to read in any way possible via an image editor. (Cleaning up backgrounds, rotating to be upright) and putting the image in one (or multiple) of the websites you find

Hello! I tried my best, but I'm not Japanese, but I have some basic knowledge and google. I hope this helps.

Her thought bubble "タネマシンガン..." reads "tane mashingan" and it means "seed machinegun". The exclamation bubble is just that, and exclamation. ".....っ!!" doesn't really mean anything.

The white letters across the image are onomatopoeia. "ズン" read "zun" and the smaller "ドワッ" reads "dowa" and "ビュ—ッ" reads "byu". I am not entirely sure what they mean, but they seem like thrusting sounds with lots of cum.

Both ッ and っ in small form like this, have no meaning. They're either pauses or elongations. — is an elongation as well. This is the shaky line in ビュ—ッ. It's drawn shaky because porn. But in text it would just be a stripe like I wrote.
