reaching peaks
I CANT be the only one. I know several body builders that have reached their ceilings, even after 20+ years of nothing but cocentrated training...

It goes bs, i have watched my best friend's heart shatter when even at max effort his tops started to decline.... Lelend shredded his shoulder just to even keep up with his old Norms....

As fun and cool as those ridiculous levels are.... It sucks watching friends spend the vital parts of their lives chasing wasted effort. Even knowing that no amount of faith can make them lift a mountain....

I kinda feel like i lost part of my meaning

Body building is a lifestyle not a contest/action movie trope. It's not about being better than everyone or staying on top of some artificial bar fed by pride/stubborness/media. If you're pushing yourself to the point where you're hurting yourself, you're doing it very wrong.

Workout to stay in good shape; both body and mind. Stress relief, meditation, feeling good. If you're depressed because you can't bench what you did 20 years ago, you've thrown away the greatest benefit that the bodybuilding lifestyle provides.
