Yeah I was surprised initially as well, but given porn depictions and the push for circumcision in America , it's not like I don't understand.
I even had a pretty bad case of phimosis for much of my youth, no averse effects for having it for so long. They don't really understand that stuff like infections don't occur by uncleanliness.
Often times it is due to small tearing, slight burns (from pee) and similar external factors. Even then, the infections of often due to things like high sugar content in your pee and it really doesn't have much to do with smegma, given that it's predominantly just dead skin cells, sweat, etc...

Funnily enough, those with foreskin generally have more sensitive glands due to them not being constantly exposed and desensitized.

everyone I've ever met is uncut since circumcision is actually illegal here (save for religious reasons which... weird, but w/e), so circumcised cocks look a bit weird to me. also, jerking a guy off feels more rewarding since they're more sensitive lol

Being circumcised means that I'm less sensitive because my tip is always in contact with something. And most times its cleaner for guys but I don't clean it properly because I never cared too much and don't need to worry about smegma
