Alright, here's pretty much every single detail I can remember about it

The two girls were in school uniform with green dress, I think one of them was brunette

It looked similar to the picture you mentioned, only they were a bit closer and the camera was at a mid level view, a side angle

Coloured anime style, shading and skin was realistic looking

The skin color on both of them was your standard anime character skin tone, kind of pale-ish

Both of them were red in the face

Wood of the pole was a dark brown, they were tied up with rope

I don't think you ever actually saw the vibrators, just the wires
