Well most, if not all, water based lubes should be fine to use with toys and condoms.

I can recommend the Bad Dragon's Cum Lube/Clear Cum Lube, it's fairly cheap and in my opinion it's great. It has relatively natural ingredients so if you are a lady then your vagina shouldn't be upset if you decide to use it that way too :)
