Is having sex with the genie able to happen?

So, fist wish is to fuck the genie.
Second is to be able to knock up the genie (cause that's my thing)
Third is to have the children be born, boom, half-genie babies .w.

See, now I'm tempted to find a way around this loophole.

Also, is this a Jackass/Literal Genie or a Benevolent one?

The ability to never die and feel pain.

The ability to have any and all powers at my whim.

The final wish is to offer the genie a chance at their own life. Stay in the lamp and keep going like that forever, or be able to leave and enter the lamp as they wish, but never use their powers for evil.

I suggest removing the ability to wish you could change the rules on what you're allowed to wish for.

1. Wish for a body that can accommodate any wishes bestowed upon myself once all 3 wishes have been made.

Then free the genie and remove his ability to grant wishes. I would appraise all other sources of wish making and do the same to them as well to eliminate any chance of having these abilities stolen or removed.

I mean its just a catch all twenty twenty. Immortality, powers of any kind at any time, and for being a good sport about it offer the genie a chance to live as they wish. Just gotta know how to say it.

And now, for an actual answer, avoiding wishes that just grant me unlimited or arbitrarily large amounts of power without actually explaining what I'd do with it because that's boring:

1. I wish for entropy to be reversible on a large scale without net expenditure of energy and through a method that could plausibly be discovered and could theoretically one day be achieved by an advanced civilization.

2. I wish every country transitioned to a system of democratic government that accurately represented the will of its people.

3. And finally, for a somewhat rules-lawyery method of squeezing several wishes into a single statement: I wish for everyone to be able to separately toggle whether they are fertile (default off), whether they are vulnerable to diseases (default off, each disease toggle-able individually so that you can allow retrovirus-based gene editing without allowing cancer), whether they are mortal (default off), which sex their parts are (default assigned at birth via normal biological processes, breasts and groin toggle-able separately) and whether the (1/earth's population)th share of humanity's total carbon emissions is added to the atmosphere as normal or transmuted into an equivalent mass of miscellaneous useful and nonrenewable resources and returned to the earth in areas where those resources are already being extracted in ways such that their retrieval will be minimally damaging for the surrounding environment (default green).
