Elaine turned her head to Stephan "I have my guards and you, the Elite. Plus you've witnessed my power before Stephan so you should understand that I am prepared for any sort of attack against me or my people." She walked down the opposite hallway "Let us get ready to head there shall we?"

The figure had left the guards and the warlock where they were before removing all the traces of him being there, asides from the scar as not even he had the ability to remove such a powerful scar, not yet anyway. He started heading towards the other gate to leave the city, although it would take him an hour or two as he had to be cautious and make sure no one was following him.

*Stephen Bows his head toward the princess as she begins to leave. "You are right your highness apologies for my paranoia. I didnt mean to offend you I was simply worried is all." *he lifts his head and wals up to the princess side.*

"No need for apologies, it would be expected to remain on guard though as you should be at all times wherever im at." Elaine lifted her hair up and tossed it behind her back as they walked to the carriage she took a step then looked back at Stephan. "Keep your paranoia low tonight." she said and sat down inside the carriage.

"Yes, your right your highness." *He says as he makes sure that his weapon is on his person and everything is in place, once hes done he gets in the carriage and sits in front of her.* " No problem their your highness, we beast tend to not take things at fave value."

*After the encounter with the strange "man",Alvar walked away and return to his schedule. He will go to the Royal Palace to ask when his audience eith the Queen will be, then he will search a tavern to rent a room.

Alvar starts walking in the direction of the Royal Palace*

"Just be on constant guard at all times is all I ask." Elaine brushed the fabric against the window up a bit and looked out then relaxed her hand and placed it on the side of her face. She thought for a bit that if her people would come screaming in her face for not showing for months.

"Yes your highness." Stphan gradually relaxs but stays alert. Looks over at Elain seeing her look worry. "Is something troubling you your highness."

As the man went through the city, the snowstorm began to let up at an alarming rate, as he had been banking on the storm lasting long enough for him to complete his business and leave. However the visiting Duke had completely screwed up that plan as extra guards had been placed at the main gate, most likely to protect and accompany him to the castle. The man cursed his rotten luck as without the snowstorm, his magic energy would be even more apparent without the natural storm magic concealing the bulk of his own. "Can’t risk letting anyone older than I seeing me, I want nothing to do with history any longer." He muttered as he started taking back alleyways to try and conceal his gargantuan amount of magical energy for a little longer.

Alvar artived at the external gates of the Royal Palace, clean and dry as the snow can't touch him, he smiled at the guards outside the gates cloked in their invernal uniforms

"Hello gentlemens can one of you announce that Alvar Dragonborn , Duke of Ravenrock has arrived "

As the carriage began to move Elaine turned her head up "Theres always things troubling me Stephan, but the biggest is my people not seeing me for quite some time. You know Its rather difficult making sure everyone is happy with me." She furrowed her brows a little before letting out a small sigh and looked out the window again "Quite a bit of snow."

"I might not understand fully, but i truely believe that your people would understand, as long as you havent forsaken anything and still care about their people wouldnt abandon them. They will never understand you that a simple fact. But as long as you show it instead of saying it will show. That I truly believe." He looks out the window and see it snowing cobering the world out side in white. "Its that time of the year, I hope everyone is being kept warm."

"Yes that's true.." she said while placing her hands together then adjusting her sleeves, the carriage continued down the hill and stopped just in the center of town. Elaine stepped out as a mass amount of people gathered around, she looked through the crowd in the snow then lifted her hand to the night sky and a quick rush of wind went through and a thin glassy film went around the entire town then disappeared as if it was never there but in fact it was a little bit of her power to keep her people warm throughout the town and in their homes and to protect them from the cold winds. A few of them happily walked up to Elaine and started to speak and ask questions she was worried about the littlest things that didnt even come true.

The man reached the end of the alleyway he was currently in, and the other alleyway was about fifty meters away on the other side of the open town square, and too close for comfort to Queen Elaine's carriage. From that distance, concealment spell or no, she’d be able to sense his magic energy easily. "With all these people around and their latent magical energy, along with some of the actual magic users, it may be enough to mask my own energy... but the seal holding back the full force of Breabadair's magical power is already weakening. I can’t stay any longer or else the seal will burn away and I’ll be a damn beacon to anyone who can sense magic energy." He said under his breath as he pulled his hood over his mask and walked through the crowds, hoping to pass unnoticed despite the growing amount of magic energy coming from him due to the seal weakening.
