I've admittedly never played Kingdom Hearts before. Would I like it if I'm not really an rpg fan? I do like Disney.

Hmmm. Dislike of RPG's may ruin it slightly. The games are long. Some bosses are extrodinarly hard to beat and will more than likely break the inexperienced gamer. But. Although it does have its immediate flaws. It also has one of the most intricately designed plot of a video game ever created. Plot that is revealed expertly over the course of the games. The bosses are hard. The rage will be real. But that only makes the satisfaction of beating them all the more... Well. Safisfying! The soundtrack is awesome. The Disney worlds are stunning. Plus the other worlds not affiliated with Disney entirely, such as The Land That Never Was, are epic too. All in all. If you want a truly challenging game with tons of gameplay. Hours upon hours of epic fighting. Next to a beast soundtrack in stunning worlds. Uncovering a massively tricky to decipher plotline. Then yes. Kingdom Hearts is for you.
