In and of itself, no, not really. The problem is when you start fantasizing about/masturbating to friends, you'll find yourself starting to act weird and/or creepy around them in real life. Never did it despite having my first crush on a friend, relatively recently too. Well, a year or so is recent, right?
Anyhow, I'd also probably not consider it anything to really lose sleep over, as long as it doesn't shift the nature of your relationship or you begin viewing them in a purely sexual light.
