Didn't know this existed thanks for bumping.
It's pretty cool that people will make tools to improve the site for peeps, it's neat!
Doesn't work for me
thanks

same. used to work before
Doesn't work for me
Sometimes it works for me, sometimes it doesn't. If it does work it takes a REALLY long time to load any results.

I've always wanted to be able to search among my favorites and was disappointed to see the admins don't have the rights to add features like this, so I decided to take it upon myself to create a tool.
I made a simple HTML page with JavaScript to send requests for pages of favorites and filter them out with given tags. I'm not very well-versed with web development so the code is messy and slow, but it gets the job done.
Just unzip the folder, open the html page in a web browser (with ctl+O), enter your user id (found in the "id=" portion of the url on the My Profile & Favorites pages), enter your tags, and search away!

It supports tags separated by spaces like the main site, as well as exclusions (with "-"), but no wildcards. Leave tags empty for a single page with all your favorites. IE and Edge not supported.
Enjoy!

The hero... That we never knew we needed.
Godspeed, Young Cosmonaut.
I feel people are overlooking the best part of this and it has nothing to do with the ability to filter your favorites it is 100% the fact they all appear on one page instead of multiple you have to click through

Also, dumb question, but, can you build something to search for certain forum posts? It can get REALLY annoying trying to find a specific post, and having to scroll through so many posts...
Can't check my id.. so sad
Thanks
this thing you built has helped me a little(beacouse i just started using it) but it saved me tons of searching time, its really helpful and and it wont be the last time i use it!
This is my favorite thing ever, makes finding stuff so much easier! But after using it for a while I'm getting some errors ->

MegaMoo is a true person of culture. Now we just need to plug it into a gallery/photo viewer. Unfortunately it's a little beyond me.
Just had to say this is great and needs to be a real feature. That said, I am having issues opening images in a new tab as they either open the main site search page or direct me to an untitled blank page
keep up the good work!

THIS (is not a dumb question!)!!!(!)!(!!). That would be very handy. The site tells us how many forum posts we've made but you can't then SEE those forum posts.
Same goes for comments you've made over time, if your bored as hell and want to see how badly they've aged! Theres a workaround for this using any search engine but the results are 80% unreliable.
Also, before I bother DL'ing this, does it allow us to search other peoples faves? I don't use faves (I just DL pics) but I do browse other peoples faves (if the list isn't too huge).
