a lack of the westermarck effect, if anything. other than that, there's nothing wrong with being sexually attracted to anybody. homosexuality was also widely condemned (and continues to be in many places) as a deviancy up until fairly recent decades. it's all social conditioning... inbreeding can be avoided through contraception or other means (f.ex. no risk of it in a homosexual father-son relationship with the father being possibly bisexual).
personally, i don't see a problem with a liberated society where it was possible to lose one's virginity at the right age to a loving family member, instead of a drunken stranger, as it often is. however, one needs to accept that one lives in a different society, and act accordingly or accept the risk of damaging consequences. this is what sexual fantasy and kinks are for, though, and damn anybody who feels the need to oppress them, whatever they might be.
