Her eyes widened at the sight of all the blood. "Ah, maybe." She agreed. "But at least you're not practicing on the other guests, and I see no harm in making use of the castle's adaptability."

She smiled and gave a slight curtsy. "I'm glad to hear that you like it! Let me know if you need anything or happen to have any questions. Oh, and dinner is being served soon so feel free to join me in the dining room when you get the chance."

The wanderer exploring the castle exterior might notice an array of gargoyles perched atop the castle towers. Most of the castle was decorated beautifully with warm colors and a sleek, pure theme to its design. These gargoyles, however, seemed out of place. Besides their Gothic design, they all shared a pair of glowing red eyes and collars with rather sinister engravings, marking them with some kind of enchantment - or perhaps a curse. One particular gargoyle perched outside the main entrance seemed to turn its head to follow the wanderer's every movement.

I nodded as i felt my stomach growled took out a dead looking crystal as all the blood began to soak itself inside the stone until it turned into a colour of blood.
"Good, direct blood magic is always nice to have when empowering my magic..." i said to myself as i lcoked my room and began to head towards the exit of the castle passing Minettes's real body. "Heya Minette." i acknowledged as i walked outside the castle and thrw a teleportation rune at dualnexus who is exploring the exterior.
'some things are inside too~ and besides those gargoyles might attack ya if you look too deep into this...'
I thought as i turn around and took out the Knight pressing a button at the back of the hilt causing the shaft of the cane to extend out. I twirl it around my hand as i walked to the dining hall, my cane clanking agaisnt the ground with my steps as i hummed a theme.
'wonder what Angelica is doing right now?' i thought with an innocent curiosity

The wanderer tapped a band on his wrist, illuminating it. It seemed to glow brighter pointing upward, guiding his eyes to the gargoyles. "Ah, there we are. Identical eyes, all of them. So a little replica charm and..." he pulls off his giant book and lays it open on the ground. A little flash of light from the texts, mostly indecipherable to anyone who tries to read it, and he holds in his hand an exact replica of a gargoyle eye.

The replica eye appeared to be a ruby, but with some kind of glow coming from the inside. It rolled in his palm to stare at him and from somewhere within his mind he could hear a feminine voice. 'Curious? There's a library, you know.'

"oooh telepathy, it's been a few hundred years since I've used that spell!" He shouted with a childlike glee. The man looked about 30,a little on the heavy side and covered in tattered robes with goggles covering his eyes as he bent over to pick up his tome. <Yes yes, every castle has a library but it's much more fun to do things this way.> he holds up the ruby to his eye and... swears he sees himself standing on the ground as if he was on the rooftop looking at himself.

As i walk aroind i decided to check on Nexus and drew runes in the air until it the writings made an outline akin to an oval as a portal opened up. I walk in the portal to find myself behind a wanderer with a huge book.
"Yo!" was my only form of hello

"Dinner!?" The ragged man spins around and faces the man behind him as if he was there the whole time. "Do you have any idea how long it's been since I've had a proper dinner at a table? I sure don't!" With another twirl, his tattered robes lifting slightly, he swiftly picks up his book, shoulders it and runs inside.

my head perked up at the word of food and realized i have not eaten since my arrival.
' screw hellos here. I'm a getting me some food~!' i mentally howled as i changed some of the runes and jumped towards the dining hall. "I have arrived at the treasureland..." i dramatically said as i took off a pair of non existent sunglasses

While everyone was outside I relocated myself to the dining room and dressed the table with the proper silverware, then sat at the head of the table with a glass of wine. The centerpiece of the meal appeared to be some sort of elk surrounded by smaller side dishes. Bottles of whiskey and wine sat atop an ice tray, and each seat at the table came with a small salad bowl to accent the meal.

as i wait. I observe our hostess arrange the dining room to be ready all while i lean against the wall with a hawks eye

The wanderers tattered robes had inexplicably been replaced by a tuxedo. Odd, considering he didn't stop to change. "Good evening m'lady, quite a lovely home you keep and a wondrous hospitality you display! I do declare, you are quite the hostess. But not the kind with the cream filling, too messy." He finds himself a seat towards the middle of the table on the host's right, gingerly helium himself to modest portions of several side dishes.

"Lotsa fancy magic gadgets you guys got here." I call from the corner of the room. I was not there just a second ago.
I walk up to the hostess and bow to her.
"Madam Minette. May I assist in any way?"

*I poke my head through a portal and look around, seeing the grand hall of a castle and I nod in appreciation* Fourteenth century, combining elements of castles found in Europe, and a few from Scotland and Ireland, whoever made this place certainly took heavy inspiration from the dark ages... provided someone built this place and it isn’t a magical construct with a mind of its own. *I mutter at the end before stepping through, wearing a white tee and some jeans with some combat boots as the torchlight makes my old army tattoo very noticeable against my Caucasian skin, and as I walk I suddenly walk into the dining room and notice the odd assortment of people in the room, the few that were present anyway. I raised my hand and bowed my head to Minette, who I took to be the one in charge around here.* I must say, this is quite a remarkable piece of architecture you reside in madam, would it be too much to ask how you happened upon it?

I look behind me to see Vitae, a new visitor, bow to him hastily, then back up a bit for Minette and Vitae to discuss this castle. I then walk around, asking if any other people need a hand in anything in preparation for dinner.
