I uploaded an image drawn by the artist Jebriodo, he draw very muscular Zarya and Mercy,it was pretty obvious that this was muscle fetish art, but despite this very soon this image got deleted because image didn't contain explicit nudity or sex. Can I restore it somehow? This is not the first time muscle fetish art pictures on this site get deleted for "not porn" reason

Something isn't allowed just because it's a fetish. Least you're not raging like the people I've seen when comes to pics of mundane feet.

Something that comes from the booru former being used, reason was removed from the upload page. Now, can post images that can be marked as safe. Not always, when it is it's for stuff like swimsuits or lingerie.

This. A fetish is not enough. You're not being picked on here, this applies to all fetishes...feet, scat, vore, diaper, hypno, etc...If there's no porn and just the fetish it's gone.

That Mercy x Zarya image was not nearly porny enough for this site...not by a mile. Mercy is lifting a barbell and Zarya is patting her on the back like "hey, good job." I could literally show that image to my mother...she would think it was weird, but she wouldn't be shocked like "OMG DATS PORN!"

Also, this forum is not the place for this. If you wish to appeal a certain deletion then message Kielan about it (not about this one, I feel you've already been given a fair answer here and to message him about this would be redundant and a waste of everyone's time). We can't have people making threads every time something they like gets deleted.
