I'm gonna make some very cool animations in the future and just want to know what I can do.
1. Free sound libraries. Which ones you know and is there much enough sounds? Is this typically used method?
2. Professionals. I know there is at least few studios that specialize in this, which ones you know and how much they charge? Perhaps there is some girls that can do this for reasonable price?
3. Can I just steal sounds from some porn? Can I really? Has anyone been punished for this?
4. I know one can use any stuff without asking if it is can be considered a parody. That is cool, but I'm making my own unique models in Blender not related to any game or movie, so it's not so easy for me.
Can I make a girl in my animation have some visual resemblance to the girl in the porn and then use her sounds and call that a parody? Is that cool? : D

I assume that's what most SFM sound artists do.


I seriously doubt it's possible for you to get dinged for copyright infringement for ripping sounds from some random porno. The only reason it happens with music in YouTube videos is because that site basically has sophisticated bots that "listen" to the audio in videos and attempt to match it up with a copyrighted work, and then it will issue a copyright strike if a match is found...no such system exists with porn moans.

Thanks for that info. I actually thought someone can recognise the voice of porn actress and complain to administration of this site, or inform the owner of videos it was taken from and than owner can complain and get me busted. I guess it doesn't really works that way, right?

Very unlikely. The audio is pretty unimportant compared to like Songs (or maybe Movies) on youtube. So just try not to include a sound flick with despacito playing in the background or take the whole unedited audio from a famous exclusive brazzer porn or something along the line.

Even if you did so, if there's no claimant, there's no judge. The second aspect is, as long as you don't make tons of money from it, the worst that could happen is your video being taken down from the hoster. Zone Sama even used the original sound files in his Bioshock Infinite animation. I suspect most creators are particular happy about their characters being r34'd, but they know its not worth suering someone for it.

tl;dr if you manage to get a dmca cease and desist letter for some porn audio you might get famous for that achievement.

Besides that, you may find some kinky girls/boys here or at specific forums/communitys who'd love to voice your animations.

Nothing like that, although I want to use particular actress voice, just cut up some good parts and arrange them as suits my few minutes video.

that's a difficult topic because it depends on a lot of factors (your location/country, patreons location/country, distribution license, derivative work laws)

I'm not an expert on this field nor do I know much about patreons TOS. Though, I think the most important factor is the "no claimant, no judge" part. You won't be the first one doing it and there are only a few companys (Sony, Disney, Warner Viacom etc.) who bother hunting down copyright infringement as far as punishing someone for just reusing parts of Movies or songs on a youtube video or something like this. This is mostly thanks to Googles ContentID anyway, which I suspect to be used on porn.
I mean its super unlikely that you need to bother about someone recognizing moaning sounds in the first place.

But to also hear the pessimistic lawyer answer: yes and yes. Sasha Grey will come to your house, club you down and take your lunch money. It's a probably a gray area and possible illegal on paper. The best question which I can't answer is, Got someone ever banned/punished from patreon for doing it?
