I noticed there's a "Favorite Tags" on profiles. How do I add favorite tags into a list?

I never noticed that, if it worked it would make my life so much easier, I could delete half of my favs

Is it weird that I thought this was going to be a thread talking about what everyones favorite tags on this site?
