No, "oral" is just the shortened version of "oral_sex", which is oral stimulation of the genitalia or the anus. If you're kissing, sucking on a nipple, or otherwise engaging in some sort of other sexual activity involving the mouth you wouldn't refer to that as "oral". It's not like after making out you say "I just got oral!"
