Does anyone here train? Goals? Routines? Experienced? Just starting?
The last six months I've been getting back into weights after a near ten year lay off. Did some linear progression for a bit, now considering switching to 531.

Been lifting for almost 8 years now. Hit the gym 4 times a week. Been trying to bulk the entire time (being a hard gainer sucks), but I've definitely made more progress after finally finding a solid routine regarding training and eating. Was about 137 lbs a few months ago, and now I'm in the 150's.

Started doing legs on Mondays, chest and biceps on Wednesdays, shoulders and triceps on Thursdays or Fridays, and back and traps on Saturdays. Plus after every workout, I started immediately having a whole wheat bagel with jelly, a dietary post-workout supplement and a protein shake with almond milk. Been making a noticeable difference ever since I began this routine. And I'm not familiar with GOMAD, so how does that work?
GOMAD is an acronym for gallon of milk a day. It's just an old school method for gaining weight. Was used more for high school kids training for football, etc, than people training for aesthetics and I would say it's a bad idea 90% of the time, but it is an effective last resort for someone who really struggles to gain weight.
Not really I prefer to pull triggers and bow strings and throw axes and knives.
Ok...
