Advice 4 Sexual Frustration?

This is quite ironic saying this since im on here every other day.So the reason im not doodling my vagigle Jaggle or Jilling Off is cuz i feel self conscious about my body and self worth.Its like whenever I get into the mood I just stop myself from relieving the stress.Hell I even chew on ice! Lol

Like what can I do? or is this even sexual frustration at all?

The most obvious is get professional help, self worth issues are not a thing to leave to fester

I doubt much of us are qualified to help you in regards to self worth. If it's a matter of getting off, if you're old enough, go on a dating/hook up site.

That could be described as a type of sexual frustration, yes, but if you stop yourself because of personal reasons such as self worth, and for other reasons that have to do with the intercourse itself, it sounds more like you have a psychological problem, that you need to find the cause for before you can do the deed. if its not too much to ask, what would be the reason of your self conscious state?

I keep looking at the things that guys like in a woman and I feel like thats not me.I feel like no one wants to go for the FAT chick
