So, yeah. This was made for discussion, random rambling about games, characters and such related to this amazing franchise.

Let's discuss.

I'll start saying that I love this series because it has pretty much everything I love in videogames: addictive, well-thought gameplay, nice and detailed characters and fantastic stories to be told. And waifus.

Nope, all Fe games are Nintendo Exclusives and there's only one anime OVA that's not that great

You can just download emulators and games from a trusty romsite and play.

There's actually a "Fire Emblem" game called TearRing Saga for PS1 and it's amazing (but hard for newcomers)

I suggest playing Fire Emblem(2003) or Fire Emblem Sacred Stones for GBA, they're great starting points for newcomers.

Fates as a whole is indeed shit but Conquest map design and gameplay makes my dick rock hard, and it's probably the only game of the three that is worth my time, I've even uninstalled Revelations.

Botw Dlc hasn't come out yet, and from the looks of it it isn't completely useless, like the Korok mask

some maps endgame felt like they dragged on a tad, but still ten times better than Birthright, story sucks either way though

I was mentioning the fact that one of the other DLC will literally just add 4 characters and a song.

SoV was such a fantastic game, but judging by the few stats we have it seems to be doing worse than
Fates, so that's a damn shame.

SoV's aesthetic sense is top notch but a remake is still a remake so I can see why people isn't that interested in it.

Personally, SoV presentation is amazing: cutscenes, voice acting, character design rocks. But gameplay, sadly, isn't the best, and I can say for sure that CQ > Any other 3DS game.
