That definition of rape does not apply to fetishized rape. For those that have a rape fetish, saying "I don't want this." means nothing, that's the least important part. It's the physical part, being humiliated/overpowered, rendered helpless, then being violated with no recourse that gets them off. Feeling the power of another person completely overwhelming you, causing your own body to betray you, makes your desire or lack of desire irrelevant. Wanting it changes nothing, they don't care, they're making you theirs. That is fetishized rape. And it's very much not the same thing as real rape.
