Anything from Dragon’s Dogma, honestly.
Another vote for Nadine from Uncharted 4.
Also, I hardly see any Queen Law from Tarzan the animated series.

Sadly she's hardly ever noticed due to making an appearance only twice. I mean come on. Even sad part is season 3 may be its last in the series so no more, especially her.

Iris from Black and White anime. Most underrated Pokegirl.
If anyone in all of fiction deserves any more rule 34 content it's the Build Angels from Kotetsushin Jeeg, but specifically Monko Saotome (the big beautiful amazonian woman who could probably break a steel cast industrial grade beach ball in between her thighs).

The thing is Kotetsushin Jeeg was such a mediocre anime that they have been relatively forgotten to history even amongst other Go Nagai fans.
The show probably would have been more memorable if Go himself had worked on it, but it was handled by Jun Kawagoe (who worked on other Go Nagai series and is by no means a bad director) and lacked a lot of Go's ultra violent and exploitative charm.
I even remember commissioning an artist to draw Monko, but he went off the grid (I won't name names) so I've had blue balls about this girl for a long time. Currently there's only about 10 images of her that I can find and even less for her 2 team mates.

I don't think I've ever felt intimidated and turned on by a fictional woman before.
Julia Chang from Tekken. Especially her new redesign.
Aranea Highwind and Lunafreya Nox Fleuret. MMh...also more Lady from Devil May cry.
