[RP] At The Emperor's Court
This RP is basically an RP to suit the ones that seek for High Fantasy. However, instead of thieves and adventurers, we take the roles of nobles.
Kings, Queens, Lords, Ladies, Knights and even members of a Cult of Church, and each of these from different cultures and nations are open to you. However, you are on foreign grounds, the Empire of Reveran (Which is basically the Roman Empire without the corruption and baggage).

In the capital city of the Empire, Revar, the young Emperor holds a great feast to celebrate a decade of peace and prosperity, and invited all of his allies, vassals and firends.

What role will you take?

Regions surrounding Reveran (You can either make up a country in them, or just use the Region whole as point of origin):

Norgard (Vikings, Celts, and whatever you can come up with): Cold, mountainous and forrested, the Norgardians are a strong breed. Barbaric in their nature and with a thirst for freedom, love, battle and adventure, and not to mention alcoholic beverages, they still manage to hold onto honor.

Takarta (East-Asian cultures): Takarta lies far in the east, past steppes and mountains, the Takartans have developed into highly sophisticated cultures. They are trading partners with the Empire, especially for Silk and tea, and help the Imperial Navy to keep the trade routes froo of pirates.

Al-Aharib (Arabic, Egyptian): To the south, among deserts and seas of rock and sand lie the jewels of Al-Aharib. They are known for large monuments, their many gods and harems of breathtaking women.

Envalia (Mayans, Aztecs, Incas, Amazons): Kingdoms and tribes hidden underneath a blanket of green, the jungles of Envalia, Reveran for 'New Land', lie far past the western sea. And while their cultures seem savage, their skill with gold and the sheer volume of wild animals make it a lucrative place for an imperial trading mission.

Reveran (Rome, Europe): As a jewel of civilization, the Reveran EMpire stands proud. Its mild climate in it's northern half, and hot to tropical climate in the southern, gave it a wide variety of terrain, cultures and resources. It is split into Governances, Fiefdoms and even some City-States that sword fealty to the Emperor.

(I'd need a bit more detail)
The Emperor marched through the hallways, each step precise and his posture showing discipline. Titus was out to greet the first guest, the Princess of Heebab, if he remembered correctly.
He passed ranks of Legionaries, in their segmented armor and their large shields, with their spears straight towards the sky.
Titus wore similar armor, however, his was engraved with imagery of horses and eagles, both symbolic for strength and courage respectively. A red cloak waved behind him like a banner.

As he reached the entrance hall, he stopped good distance away from the Princess, only to continue his way in a slower pace.
"I greet you, Princess Nathifa. Welcome to Revar. I hope your journey to the capital wasn't too tedious?"
Titus saw she was beautiful, but he would see what the days would bring.

Odessa. Was draped in fine white clothes that did little to hide her body, save for her modesty, she smiled at the Emperor, the bottom half of her face concealed by a thin white veil to compliment her outfit.

"A pleasure to meet you Emperor Sidonus, and no, the journey was not Tedious, but I thank you for your concern." She said bowing her head, behind her stood two Elite guards, one on each side, they were Armored completely head to toe, the armor they wore resembled that of a jackal, Heebab's signature god.

(His second name is Sidonus, not Reveran.)
The Emperor smiled and nodded, then ordered a few servants to take care of her luggage.
"That is good to hear. I heard that the route from Heebab to Reveran is long. By the way: How is your father doing?"

(Whoops sorry, I read the thing wrong when I was typing, I fixed it for you.)

"He is doing well, he apologizes for not coming, there is talk of unrest in the city, but he hopes by the time I get back things calm down." She said as she watched the servants take her luggage.

She then motioned to one of her guards who handed her a decorative and very expensive looking blade "he also wanted me to give you this as a token for the continued peace between ouraces kingdoms." She said holding the weapon out to the emperor.

Titus accepted the blade, a curved shortsword, and inspected it. It was of fine craftsmanship and the hilt seemed to be made of ivory.
"I accept this precious gift in the name of Reveran."
In an obvious gesture he placed the weapon on his belt and presented his arm to the Princess.
"Would you like to rest, or should I show you the palace gardens?"

I smile "I would love to see the garden." She said with a soft smile. "I can rest later besides, I am sure I am nothe the only guest invited here, and it would only be courteous to meet the others as they come." She continued as she motioned for her guards to wait by her room, not wanting to insult Sidonus by making him think she did not trust his security. After a second the Armored men in Jackal armor followed the other servants as she walked towards the garden area with Sidonus leading.

Titus walked beside the Princess, his step matching hers. Moving amidst rose bushes, statues and accurately cut hedges, he enjoyed the silence. There were several stone benches along the paths, and serveral pools with clean water. The gardens were more of a relaxation area than actual gardens, really. And if one wanted to swim, he could do so.
It was one of the changes made by Titus' grandfather he never understood. Maybe he missed his time as Admiral back then, who knows?
He looked at the Princess, silently admiring her figure, barely concealed by her linen clothes.
"Now, Princess, what do you think of my realm?"

"It is quite nice Sirdonus, I do sometimes long for more then the sight of sand and stone in my own land, but it has it'seems own beauty to it." I say smiling beneath my veil.

"You must be very proud of what you have accomplished here." Reply as I look around at the garden, noticing all of the pools and benches 'perhaps I should do something similar in my own palace.' I think to myself.

Titus nods and smiles. "Indeed. Trade flourishes, the borders are secure and there are no threats or internal fighting. I had to clean up my mother's mess, but it was worth it."
He passed a stone bench and sat down, gesturing to the Princess to do the same.
"And if you're not proud of your archievements, what worth do they have?"

She sits next to him while listening to him talk "you have a fair point, one cannot expect to go far if they do not see worth in what they accomplish, but I am glad your kingdom is doing well, and to think my uncle insisted we go to war." She saI'd as she remembered when their land fell on hard times and they needed to expand their land as their crops had been tainted due to a dangerous plague at the time.
