Fucked it up while trying to fix the search bar shrinking

Is there a way to tweak the bot? Currently it seems to do a VERY quick turnover from e621. Basically it's so fast that we get a lot of crap from that website that hasn't even met their quality standards so we get stuff like this: e621.net/post/show/1343340 (had to link to e621 because I deleted it here) that was posted here only 40 minutes after being posted on e621...it was still pending mod approval there when it was posted here.

I think the bot should cool it, it's not like we need up-to-the-minute furry porn....it should wait at least 3 hours or maybe even more from when something is posted on e621 to repost it here, because then it will likely either pass/fail their quality control and it will probably be tagged better as well, and that means less shit we have to deal with on our end.

Replying on mobile won't work without requesting desktop site for certain posts. Not 100% sure if this is a server problem or what

i think all we have to do is check the status field:

if it's "active", import it
if it's "deleted", reject it
if it's "pending", check it again in the next cycle

when you say "won't work", what do you mean exactly?
i.e. the textbox doesn't appear? or the comments don't appear after you submit them?

Its already delayed, its not by time but by post. It only syncs post that are 400 ID's 'old'

Dunno if this is the right place to post about it, but the suggest tag feature is a little wonky. Sometimes if I just want to search for something, I have to click on the search box about 5 times before it lets me type anything.

whenever i type a message and im on my phone it will zoom in for no reason and i wont be able to see "im" and "d" (from "and" in the top row) its quite annoying

Anywho, I seem to be having this problem where I'll send a message either in a new thread or a longer message in an existing one and my recipient doesn't seem to recieve it; although it shows in my outbox. This only happens sporadically though I wasn't sure if this was a reoccurring problem for others?
Just wondering if there was a fix for this or am I better off making a new account?

What is an ID? I must be fundamentally misunderstanding what it is...because to me 400 IDs should mean that 400 posts would need to be made on e621 before the bot decides to post it here...and now that it's at 1,000 the problem should be completely solved.

Yet the bot just uploaded an image that is only on page TWO of e621 (at the time of this writing), and is still be considered for approval over there: e621.net/post/show/1347678

And yet here it is: rule34.xxx/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=2524548

I compared this image's ID to the ID of the latest image posted and it is no more than 100 IDs old, and it had to have been even less than that when it was actually posted. So what the heck?

Seems the importer is a bit buggy, i made a change. Maybe this helps

I have no clue what you talking about, can you make a screenshot?

it basically zooms in so you cant see the words at the end of a line, i cant show you a screen as i dont know a methode to recreat it

If you can't reproduce a problem its hard for us to fix it.

just make an alt account or something like that and judt send messages to yourself using your phone, its bound to happen

Just sending mail to various users on this site like I have been since I started my account. Its only just recently started to act up.
