There's no need for hostility or rudeness. If English isn't someone's native language, you can't change that by forcing them to speak it overnight.

You know the ironic thing is the people who seem to have the most trouble writing in English are the native speakers. When it's taught as a second language, people are more motivated, and typically learn the grammar rather well.

The hostility is understandable as been told to stop multiple times.

Not to mention that she(?) tries getting attention on completely irrelevant threads.

She more send messages to someones like "online for rp" and in the message only a picture or a real animation

I think it's like what Camilla said, there's the people who show up just long enough to satisfy some urges then vanish, and then there are the ones who will gladly talk to you when they have the time and chance. But no worries, not everyone is like that.
