Well the internet offers anonymous social interactivity, so some of those anonymous people are going to be children and man/woman children (any random attention seekers have not grown up yet), who usually have an array of psychological problems and most of all crave attention and will try to get attention at any cost, the best way to get attention is of course to be negative.

The solution for this is quite simple, don't feed their attention addiction, ignore them utterly, deny them the attention unless they are positive toward you.

Just because someone accuses you of something, does not mean anyone believes it, nor should you let it bother you or care about it, it's just one persons silly notion.
