Zinc has no immediate correlation with more semen. But ejacating steals zinc from your body so it's a good way to replenish it. Excessive masturbation gets rid of almost all of it and can cause health issues down the line, as well as damaging your prostate.

So if you jack off like there's no tomorrow, you might see a boost after a few days of taking them, as your body is becoming healthier from it. That's about it.

On the flavor topic, citrus fruit in general tends to be good for it, but especially the super sugary ones like pineapple and mango.
