Reminds me of gymnastics rings
i.pinimg.com/originals/d3...0c30f14dbda79c0e94a68.jpgHere are some quick exercise names for rings:
Ring Rows (Beginner) Ring Push-Ups (Beginner-Intermediate) Ring Dips (Intermediate) L-Sit (Intermediate) Ring Muscle-Up (Intermediate-Advanced) Front Lever (Advanced) Back Lever
Looks like an "L Sit" ... half-plank?
"The V-sit is similar to the L-sit except that the legs are raised further..."
The position evolution is:
Person A lays on back. Person B 180/2, squat or ride.
Thats the bovinegal position.
Next, Person A tries to get up, from laying to sitting, as long as at least the upper body is upright (or full upright), then the position becomes upright_straddle, in this case reverse (with person A and B facing the same direction& away)
Next you involve a full nelson and thats how yoususpendthecongress.jpg.
If person A is upside down, then thats the piledriver.
