In typical writing you put what is spoken in quotes and the narrative/action outside of it. If you read any literature, they all follow this rule

Yeah, they're speaking as if they are part of the scene in the picture and most likely looking for roleplay.

Yeah, those role-playing quotes that I've read in the comments section of a post can be either relatable or not relatable to those posts sometimes. Sometimes you can even find a long, paragraphed, descriptive scenario in the comments of the post as well.
