The main problem with "lesbian_with_male" is the tag itself is a contradiction in terms- If a lesbian is with a male in a sexual manner then she is not, at least in that moment, a lesbian.

The secondary problem with "lesbian_with_male" is that it was often misapplied to pics featuring female characters whose sexual preference was canonically unknown.
