Pop a paracetamol asap and quickly get yourself a bowl of lukewarm water, dip a hand napkin in it, soaking it in and lay down and place it on your forehead.
Get that temp down before anything else. Again, asap.

get some ibuprofen, soup and rest and actually call a doctor, don't ask random horny heads on the internet.

regardless, stay safe and get well!

A fever at a single degree higher is deadly. Go to a doctor immediately.

Getting down the fever is Job One, as others have stated. I've always found aspirin to be more effective at lowering a fever than paracetamol or ibuprofen, your mileage may vary.

Next up, food & drink:

Lemon Chicken with a side order of Hot & Sour soup from your local Chinese restaurant. You'll probably want to slice an extra lemon into wedges for the Lemon Chicken because restaurants never give you enough lemon wedges with that dish.

Hot green tea with plenty of honey and lemon juice in it. If you can find locally-sourced raw honey at a reasonable price, go with that.

Yes. So if you are still here, kindly fuck off and drop the temp. Do the towel thing I told to physically dessipate some heat.
Cuz..

This. Call someone who can tend to you and get in touch with a doc.
So go ahead, sod off and get well soon.

LMAO! My man, that is the kindest, most compassionate way I've ever seen someone say "fuck off" to someone.

You remind me of a funny doctor I saw when I had to spend a weekend in a hospital. I was saying I don't have insurance and I need to leave as soon as possible because I couldn't pay for it. And his reply was, "Frankly, I don't care. You need to be here to survive. We'll worry about the money later."

Everything is funny in hindsight. Even near-death experiences!
