Madeline Karazell. The reason for this is, quite simply, she has fought an entire race of genocidal aliens that are basically invincible to everything but a singular metal that literally comes from their claws/weakspots/horns/etc. literally if you tried to dominate her, she would just put her scythe to your throat and just shove you down like “nope.”

Camina Drummer from The Expanse. A bullet to the gut just makes her angry. A severed spinal cord is just a minor setback. If you come at her in stolen Martian power armor she just gets back up with a grenade in each hand. One guy tried to bring her to heel, and when she finally had enough of his bullshit she got two of his ships destroyed, took back a bunch of shit that he'd stolen from his own people, and bragged about it on space TV. Her response to getting her ship shot so full of holes that it can't fight anymore is to try to ram it into whoever did the shooting.

Camina Drummer is a force of nature fueled by eyeliner and rage.

Rogue from the X-Men (for obvious reasons). Well, most superheroes, I guess.

Azula from Avatar
Well if it's not quite obvious here are the reasons.

1. She is one of the most powerful characters within that universe (Or at least she was in the original series)

2. She is a princess so since she was born she was always arrogant (That means she would not let herself be bossed around by someone other than her father)

3. She is a psychopath (Most likely she has never had real feelings like love, compassion or empathy)

Miss Power from WordGirl.
It's literally in her name. All she cares about in life is power. So if you tried to dominate her, she'd just be like "HA, NOPE" and kill you.

I see a lot of people draw Angela and Gebura from pmoon being dominated? I don't ses it honestly. Angela might have issues but she just.. doesn't click as a sub to me and neither does Gebura. They're both incredibly powerful, stubborn women, which I guess is part of the appeal, but to me they just don't.. Seem to have that submissive desire.
