Search engines reward informed queries, but OP does not remember the precise details of the page. (Not only this, but search engines can quite often be uninformative or noisy for anything other than well-formed questions, which almost invariably return Wikipedia-Reddit-StackOverflow-Quora on the first page followed by an infinitude of random blogs and news articles in the most common case.) The hope is that the community can fill in the gaps and hopefully find it. Unfortunately, I have no information on the matter.
