I thought he was referring to poorly drawn hyper in which everything is out of proportion, not just the featured hyper bits.
He may not like extreme hyper. Theres hyper with cartoon proportions, then hyper where its.. idk. Like your tits are bigger than you.

I hate hyper and now support it just to make Sargon of Akkkhad wrong about another thing.
I don't personally like this style either, but best thing to do would be to try to blacklist "hyper", "huge/giant/massive breasts", and "thicc" or similar tags

Uploads here will be heavily skewed towards those sorts of exaggerated, ridiculous proportions due to the content rules.
