yeah this is my third account, just make a new one, it's easy since you don't need an email for it

I think you have to have a minimum amount of site contributions in the form of uploads, tag edits, or forum posts before you can send a DM now. After three and a half years on the site, the OP has zero uploads, zero tag edits, zero favorites, and only one forum post.
