-being able to manipulate electricity he can become pure energy to move through electrical equipment, can disable any power grid by simply overcharging them. Basically your standard electro style abilities with some emperor palpatine and destiny stormcallers mixed in
Backstory: Originally able to use these abilities through an exo suit he designed, collins was injured during the omnic crisis in battle when while his power supply was exposed, a stray bullet struck it causing it to explode. While mercy did save him it was only by grafting key parts of the suit to the mans skeleton. During his time in recovery, moira of Blackwatch stole some tech from his lab, using it to experiment on civilians. Believing these acts to be sanctioned he left overwatch and became a private investigator/bounty hunter for hire for various governments. Upon the recall command coming out, he was investigating Sombra for Volskaya industries, having been at it for two years

Weapons: Laser Pistol - Instead of just regular bullets, hot lasers are fired out of the gun and tend to injure opponents. It’s as if you were shooting someone with a laser gun that could kill. However, like all weapons that are cool and can shoot lasers, this gun had a heat system. When the gun’s heat reaches 100%, the gun is unable to be shot for a few seconds and will injure Cain for 2 damage.
Fists (only in Candy Rush mode) - Cain will use his fists to fight the ol’ fashioned way and punch through enemies like their nothing. It’s like as if he was doing good ol’ fisticuffs.
Abilities: Candy Rush - Cain will take out a sugary item and eat it, causing him to go into a Candy Rush and become faster with a 15% boost to his movement speed. Cain will also gain a short time of invincibility, almost as if Cain was supercharged (TF2 joke). However, this ability only lasts for 10 seconds and has a 20 second cooldown. During the amount of time Cain is in a sugar rush, he will throw aside his pistol and use his fists.
Dash (Both for Normal and Candy Rush mode) - Cain will dash a short distance from where he is positioned and can dash in any direction, a pretty simple ability.
Backstory: Originally, Cain was a normal human being who was living normal human life. However, that changed when he was taken from his home by some mysterious figures. Those mysterious figures would go on to test on him, causing his body to change into something different. This would turn out to be a Creature who looked like a bipedal Canine with brown fur with floppy ears similar to that of a border collie’s ears, albeit Cain’s fur and ears were a bit scruffy. Along with this, Cain also had light brown paws for hands and feet and a short brown Canine-like tail as well as a light brown underbelly. Though, what was interesting is that he suddenly had a love for high sugar foods and would make him go into some sort of frenzy. So, because of this, Cain was thrown into what was known as the Overwatch allegiance as he was thought of being potentially helpful. To this day, Cain has remained as a reliable member with a love for sugary foods.
