Something I am fascinated by. Sex is the closest two people can be in a relationship, and the history, culture, impact, and science behind it is so very intriguing.

I don’t see very many people who think this. In fact I would say I am the only person I’ve seen on this site who has said that. Sex is a beautiful connection between two people, and the posts I’ve read and stories I’ve read make me feel like that aspect of sex is being diluted in favor of just how extreme it can get. No shade to you if you are attracted to more extreme things, but that’s all I see talked about.

Anybody else feel this way and/or is interested in sexology like I am? Leave your thoughts below.

i can see where you're coming from. i myself am mostly fascinated with the science behind sex which is why many of my favorites are xray (despite 99% of xray depictions being innacurate lol).

there are also posts on R34 that depict sexual anatomies and i found some of them fairly informative lolol

Sexology is indeed quite interesting, but I can understand why it doesn't get discussed much here. As I have to remind myself periodically, this site is devoted primarily to sexual fantasies, not reality, and a lot of people enjoy fantasizing about things they'd never want to even try in real life.

Still, it is an interesting science and philosophy. I don't know much, both due to a lack of personal experience and theory but I do enjoy the thought of learning more about it sometime.
